Can someone tell me whats the difference between half well tips and well less tips please.

One has a half well and the other doesn't!
A well is the contact area of your tip and it has to be butted up to the nail when being placed. Well less tips don't have this therefore can be placed anywhere on the nail. Well less also tend to be thinner and more flexible.
