Hi there I have recently took over a small beauty salon and its going great. The salon it self has been established 5+ years so has good client base already and I have found that we are also attracting new clients daily. The unit next door to the salon (formally a gym) has came up to rent at a very good price and was thinking of converting it into a hairdressing salon. The only problem is I am just beauty and hair extensions, what I'm basically wondering is do you think it would be viable to hire one hairdresser and rent a chair to three other hairdressers?or am I taking on to much to soon?
Sorry for essay :) many thanks.

If you are financially able to do this I would say yes go for it! You will never know unless you try :) someone might be along soon with more helpful advice but personally if I could I would xx

You're writing that you already have a good client base, so if I were you, I would try:p
