I'm looking for a nice neutral toner for my customers hair using swarscoph colour any ideas please..
 
9 and half 4 is lovely still keeps it bright. 9/4 just ever slightly deeper. Hope that helps.
 
I suppose it all counts on the depth u want to achieve.
