Too much glue?

Hi geeks

I did my first full set of lashes yesterday and although the end result looked good, I am concerned I am using too much glue. When I pick the lash out of the glue, it has 2 or 3 beads on it and seems to be too much as I had a couple of lashes stuck together which I needed to unpick. Can anyone advise please?

Can u tell me what type of lashes you are doing? Is it simple individuals or lash extensions?

Are you tapping off the excess glue on a tissue (lint free) or the eye pads? This may help.

Who did you train with? They will be able to help you out quicker if you call them up and ask

I was trained to have an X of tape accross my jade stone and put the glue in the centre of this, once I've swiped the lash through the glue I touch the tape (anywhere on the X other than where the glue is) to remove the excess then attatch the lash to the eyelash.
