TPTW - What would you do to improve the industry?

IMO i feel distributers allow it easiler for the consumer to readily buy items that a professional should only have privy to. (we pay extra for VAT + delivery and courses) I have a regular who is able to buy professional polishes and items, by setting up info accounts and simply by websites that are not controlled. Yeah everyone needs to make a living but not to the extent that your regulars think they dont need you coz they've got the polish they wanted! Not extreme but we're slowly not going to have a trade if everyone thinks they can buy easy instructions on a basic manicure.

I wholy agree with bobsweden on the low cost salons problems, and the kung foo approach to nail techs! if you can get items over the net due to currency restraints, are they better or worse? xoxo
