Trade Association number?

Right this may sound a bit silly but I went to look on eve taylor website and whilst i was browsing I came across the registration form. Where will I find my trade asociation number and what is it?? will i get this when i register as self employed or is it on an insurance document? It may be a simple question but I havent got a clue please help??? xxx

hi i e mailed eve taylor with regards to this and heres thier reply hth.
You can still login and register, do you have inse. if so type company, if you are not inse. the type none. Please do not type in a No. there
