Used Gel Colors

Does anyone know of a website or how to access information that has laws related to selling used gel nail products? My searches have not been successful.

I have heard of no "Law" regarding selling used colour gel. I would say, buyer beware!!! a true nail professional will buy from a reputable nail distributor, who as far as I am aware only sell genuine, unopened product.
