Using L&P while pregnant?

Hey guys, I think I read somewhere its safe enough to do L&P when pregnant but my pregnancy book says not to get Acrylic nails while pregnant? I still wasn't too concerned until today and I went a bit dizzy while doing a set (for my mum thankfully) and then I was sick not long after. Been sick tonight again so maybe its just morning sickness kicking in? Anyway I have clients booked in for L&P next week and I'm dreading it! We don't want anyone to know until we've had our scan (I'm only 6 weeks) so don't know how I could get out of it. Or what to even do/say if I go all funny? Any advice would much appreciated. Thanks.
