tutor at college just breifly went of how to do warm oil treatments but never said what oil to use

What oil does everyone use? is there any particular brands out there what are good thanks x

Well, personally, I use CND's Solar oil, but in the face of the economy and in the interest of saving money--I would suggest for a warm oil treatment that you use any of the "carrier" oils. Most of which can be found in the kitchen! Light olive oil, sunflower seed oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil, jojoba oil are all oils that are "fine" enough and have a small enough molecule to penetrate the nail and be beneficial. You can even "scent" them with some lightweight essential oils like rose, vanilla, gardenia, etc.
HTH!
