I think it depends on your insurance company, but would need parental consent. I've waxed my daughter (11) and my step daughter (12) I would rather wax them than let them overpluck or cut their legs to ribbons
I wax my daughters eyebrows and she is nearly 10....I don't think I would do it on another child though...if you did you would need parental consent and supervision...but I would also ring your insurance as it may not cover you x
I've waxed 2 or 3 children since they were 10 years old as they were being bullied at school due to being hairy .. eyebrows that met in the middle and swamped their little faces. They are now teenagers with beautiful eye brows.
