Hi,
Has anybody got any recommendations for warm or hot wax to use on facial coarse hair?

I use Phd at the moment but it is not pulling them out. I have one lady with the coarsest hair on her chin I have ever known.

I have seen men's wax for coarse hair. Has anybody used this on women?

Many thanks

Hi Karen,

Any of the hard/hot waxes mentioned in this thread would do the trick:

Perron Rigot, Lycon, Hive, Depileve, Reference are all names that spring to mind. All are low temperature waxes that are ideal for facial waxing, and work by "shrinkwrapping" the shaft of the hair as the wax cools.

HTHs :D

Definatley the peelable wax from reference- does a great job with absolutely minimal discomfort.

I agree with Andy re Lycon... I've used it and it works wonders.. there are a number of hot waxes which work well. I currently use the salon system one, due to financial restraints, but it works okay.
