Hi Guys

I am looking into creating a wedsite and would like to know how much business it would create if any.

So pls let me know if having a website has created a lot more business for you or if you feel it is not worth the cost

also i would love to have a look at your website

Sam

yes it does - a lot - but takes time as you need to move up google, its like a que system -

Hi hun, I have a site which is in my signature at the bottom of the page.

It helps to look at keywords from Google (and other search engines too) to see what search terms people are putting in relating to your industry.

Mine cost about 50 quid for 12 months and I haven't really marketed it yet so nothing from it so far but it is only 2 months old. Your home page is the one you need to concentrate on first with those keywords, then make sure the rest of your site is as informative as possible (mine probably isn't a great example, lol!)

Anyway, once you have your site, put it in EVERYTHING! I mean, email sigs, forum sigs, business cards, back of the car/van/bike, free listing websites, price lists, referral cards for customers, flyers, postcards, window decals, t-shirts, badges even! You get the picture :)

Once people start searching for your website in the search box, you will start to move up the rankings and hopefully get on that prestigious 1st page :green:

xx

Edited to say I think this should've been posted in the Biz Geek really, but hey ho! :)
