Hi guys. I often use wella ct as a toner I find it fab for removing yellow tones. Sometimes though I find it comes up a little too ashy. Any colours you could suggest mixing with the 7/1that would still remove the brassy tones but with a touch of warmth?Xx

My colouring knowledge is quite limited as I chose to specialise in cutting..However, maybe you are pre-lightening more than needed? Could you leave slightly more warmth in the hair by not lifting it as light?

You could use

I like to mix 7/1 with 7/7 for a nice caramel.

I like to use koleston 7/01 to tone.

Thank you! Will definitely try that. Love 7/1 just want that bit of extra warmth. X

I use colour touch 5/0 on bleach highlights for less than a minute sometimes, and it comes out an amazing tone and colour

No offense but I don't really see much point on that.. using a toner for less than a min wont hold a wash, maybe it does look nice when client leave the salon but as soon as they wash it will rinse out...

I always like to leave a toner for 10/15 mins
