My client has very white natural virgin hair
We always use a 99/0 wella and covers no problem.

Today we used it on her roots left it on same amount of time, but it's come out with a very very slight purple tone to it

Wth has this happened ?!?!

Is there a chance the brush or bowl was contaminated with any kind of purple?
If you can try it on someone else or as a strand test and see if the same happens, if so contact the support team / or your rep as if it definitely is the tube of colour, you won't be the only one who's had the issue.
Do you need help with fixing it?
