Hi, has anyone used this and been happy?
I have used the titanium rose and silver mauve.
Rose was on a prelightened base of about a 10 (she wanted a pastel result) I used it mixed with 10/05
Silver mauve was on a pre lighted base (palest yellow) no mix
I applied both with 20vol (maybe should have used pastel??)
Both colours looked lovely when I had finished and clients were really happy
but both colours have completely gone within 2 washes !!
I’m thinking should I have used heat ?
Any advise or alternatives would be greatly appreciated - I use wella products as a rule
