Hey all,
I've been dying to try out Wella Koleston 0/28 (on myself) but am wondering whether it would produce that nice peacock blue color on its own -- or whether I should buy a tube of 10/0 to "dilute" it with.
I've always wanted to try one of the special mix shades over bleached hair, but I understand some of them are quite dense and dark. My suspicion is that, since it's not 0/88 or 0/66, I should be okay -- but I figured I would ask just to be safe.
