Wella kp 7.18 on level 9 hair?

I know the 7.18 will go onto natural white hair great but will it go green on level 9 tinted hair ?

Possibly, because a /18 is Ash grey/pearl blue.
It depends on what colour the level 9 tint is, i.e. how gold is it? If it’s quite ashy, your tint could look grey instead.

Thank you for your reply, I would like to do 7.18 on underneath to acheive a pepper lowlight and a 9.81 occipital up to crown and 9.81 1: 2 pastel
For toner on top. I've attached the image of her hair now
Should I add another colour to the 7.18
