Welt on finger from tweezers

Hi geeks
Please please help.....I have developed a very sore welt on my right middle finger and I know it's from holding the tweezers when applying eyelash extensions.... Is there any suggestions to help clear this? Not sure what to put on it....savlon....maybe?
Really appreciate any suggestions as it is becoming very painful....

Try using flexiwrap or a plaster or even some micro-pore tape x
