I have a white pearl pigment that looks like this when applied over white.

It makes the white look like a metallic white.

When I apply it over black it turns it to gun metal grey.

Maybe you could try a white pigment. Like a white eyeshadow.

I don't know the actual name, as I didn't buy it, it was given to me to play around with. They are not from the beauty industry, they are from the automotive industry. But they look just like loose eyeshadow. It's a powder.

I havnt actually used them on people, only pop sticks, but Iv seen the msds & they are totally safe to use.

I would look for a white metallic pigment/eyeshadow & use it like the chrome. Rub into the no wipe top coat.

Very similar, I wonder if you put it over a silver chrome would you get the first look.
