What is this colour?

I have had a message from a client asking if I have this shellac colour. I don't, I really like it tho. Does anyone know what it is called please? X

Looks a bit darker than Cityscape, but that could be the light. Is it possible its Dazzling Dance? I don't have it but it looks like a blue/grey colour. X

Dazzling Dance is a very sheer pale blue glitter so definitely not that. It could be cityscape but maybe the light makes it look dark in that picture.

I think thats way too dark for Cityscape but I have seen a similar IBD colour

It's IBD in 'Iceberg' that might be worth looking at - check the swatch thread. If you exclusively use Shellac you could try Cityscape over one thin layer of Asphalt ...

Just a thought, but is the client sure it's a Shellac colour, the hands look like they are on a lamp but it's not a CND lamp. I know that's not a clear indication as not everyone cures in the correct lamp, but maybe worth asking. x
