Growing up in Australia, we got a lot of US programmes. My OH always gets cross with me when I don't remember certain shows or songs from the past. I have to keep reminding him we didn't get the same stuff so a lot of the above I've never heard of.

Was trumpton the one with all the trains?

I loved the moomins, poddington peas and noddy. At school I had a poddington peas cup to put water in haha. Ooo and the skellingtons (how do you spell it?!). In a dark dark town there was a dark dark house...

OMG Trumpton! With the town clock where the people used to come out to the music and the lady held the bell and the man hit it with his stick - simple stuff but I loved it!

And Chigley with the factory that used to kick out at 6 oclock on the dot

and Camberwick Green - was that the one with Mrs Honeyman with the dogs Mitzi Daphne and Lulu :biggrin:
