When you ring Sweet Squared - The automated welcome message

You know the one that goes "Welcome to Sweet Squared, your home in the UK for CND....(blah blah) - Are those the dulcit tones of Mr Sweet???

Every time I ring, even though I know its option 1 I want, I have to wait till he's said "or to get just a little love and respect!", (sigh), such a lovely voice!!

So is that Sam or someone else??
