Where can I get 0.10mm lashes?

I need to get some 0.10mm lashes in stock but where do I get some? And do they only come as loose lashes? I'm all about the strip lashes, I've never been able to pick up speed using loose lashes & work much quicker off the back of my hand. If they only come as loose il just attach them to micropore tape on my hand.
