Basically I want to have my own Beauty Salon, but where do I start? I have no idea what so ever lol
To Those of you who have successfully managed to open your own salon, your advice would be greatly appreciated x

Do you have a budget in mind or a scale of how many treatment rooms, staff etc you want to start with? I have a family business salon 20 years old now and I know a lot about costings etc

Just to let you know business link have as of last week, gone into administration. They're due to fully close in November but something is apparently meant to be replacing it. Though it most likely won't be free anymore.

Have the funds and a good business plan in place, find incredible staff (good luck) and location location location.
