Where to look for a mobile hair extensionsist?

my mobile business for hair extensions is really busy now along with salon that i need someone to join we cover inside and outide london which means we target more people..
i have another lady who is fab but struggling to find someone else...

ive tried gumtree hardly anyone seems to do micro rings, shrinkies some can do weft but mainly pre-bonded..

where would be a good place to look for someone wanting to work mobile as opposed to in a salon?

Maybe check out local paper websites to see if anyone is advertising mobile hair ext, then approach them?
