I was just wondering which brush is the easiest (for a beginner) to use on smile lines?

if you give us a bit more information on what level of training you have had and who with then we might be able to help a bit more - please complete your profile.
Each company has their own range of brushes so it would be confusing for us to tell you to use say for example a Pro Styler as if you were not a Creative user then you wouldnt know what that was - similarly EZ Flow have their brushes - NSI have theirs etc. etc.
