Which Colour system for my new Salon

Hi - I am extending my beauty salon and am creating a 9 station hair salon - I was wondering what peoples thoughts are on best colour product to use - I am leaning towards Matrix - but would welcome any suggestions/comments.

Also I am findinf it impossible to get any replies to the job vacancy's I have advertised!! I would have thought in the current climate people would be keen??:!:

I would highly recommend Matrix, I used it in my last salon and loved it, They have good education too, always keeping you up with the latest trends!
