Please tell me it isnt just me that finds white gel polish chips and peels very easily? I find its more so on acrylics then natural nails! Ive had the problem with both shellac and IBD! I painted my acrylics white on sunday taking extra effort to cap all around the edges and within hours I had some chipping! Does anyone else find this and does anyone have any solutions to stop it? Thanks x

Are you buffing the acrylics? Like does the gel have a rough surface to stick to?
If it's too smooth or shiny that could be the reason it's chipping. Just a thought x

yep they are buffed x

only ever have issues with white!! x

If I paint on white for tips or a full nail i always double top coat now and have this solves any chipping. Oh and two very thin coats of white is better than one slightly thicker.

I agree with Pure, double top coat white and apply really thin layers, I do sometimes have to apply 3 thin coats of white then I double top coat xx

I also double topcoat and do tiny thin layers of white x
