White marks on nails?

Hi Everyone

Can anybody tell me what these white marks are on my regular clients nails please?
The marks are on both hands but only on the pinkys and ring fingers. She has Shellac every 2 weeks its only been the last 2 times we have noticed the marks. She is sure she hasn't bashed or knocked her nails, she also isnt on any new medication.

To me it looks like damage such as trauma to the nail??

Is she oiling at least once daily?

I don't think she has bern oiling as much recently, I have given her solar oil to use in the past.

It looks like nail damage - are you removing them for her each time or is she doing it herself? X

I'm removing them with the correct remover etc, it hasn't happened to any of my other clients x

It seems to happen to clients of mine that don't oil [emoji34] xx

Dehydration marks probably, get her to start oiling. Those marks won't go, but it should prevent more
