white tips and pink powder ?

Hi everyone!

As i'm still training i only have pink powder at the moment which is fine but i have some white tips which i think i might try on a guinea pig tomorrow! would it be ok to use the pink powder over the white tips?

i usually do and its fine.just make sure that its not to thick otherwise it will discolour the white.try and stick the tip as far up the nail as you can.this will allow more pink and less white which will make the nail look more balanced.
we would only usually use white tips on someone who has long nail beds for that reason.

thanks for the advice tracey louise, don't know yet if she will try them, i have never done white tips on anybody before,is it easier because you don't need to blend the tips or put the white on?

yes it is easier.
one thing you could do which alot of other techs did to help them practice there whites and smile lines is to apply white powder over the top of the white tips as this will be your guide.xx
