White Tips

yeah you have to take the shine off of white tips or else your chosen overlay wont adhere to them properly and will just peel off

I have been reading some of the posts and noticed a conversation on White Tips - do you have to take the shine off them? if so why is this?. Also once the shine is off do you then apply product (either gel or powder and liquid)
