Willing to make a kit for my sister-gel polish

Hello,
My sister wants to make her own gel polish nails
and I'm looking to assemble the best cheapest kit I can (on ebay\ Aliexpress).

I want to buy a LED lamp, which I understood it's faster and better.
I found 2 lamps in 30euros
MelodySusie 12W - I read some really bad reviews on it.
Vogue 18W focus beam - couldn't find reviews.

I would really appreciate recommendations on:
1. What LED lamp to buy? doesn't need to be from those two but one that costs 35euros max.
2. What gel products to buy? (base, top, etc) - I saw a Gelish kit in 30euros.
3. What color gel to buy? Gelish colors costs about 12euros each, can it be from another brand?

If your sister isnt qualified then she shouldn't be using products made for professional use only.

As above, pay for a training course so she is competent.

If your sister qualifies to apply Gel Nails and came here to ask then we can help. It's the rules of this website.
You can't buy genuine gel products without a qualification, it doesn't matter what country you are in. It's for safety reasons. Sorry.

If your mother is qualified then she should speak to whoever she uses for her product line. They should recommend what lamp is best used for the system used.

They are the best people to speak to!

Also, if your mother is qualified she should know that your sister shouldn't be using professional products without full training.

If its not "rocket science" as you put it im sure you can figure it out yourself!

And yes, I asked for recommendations on a lamp because I read reviews that says there are some lousy lamps which does not dry the gel and also led works in different wavelengths then UV. but you are so smart to make it look like my question is stupid.
