i have a friend who has had full head highlights and built up so its more or less a full head bleach but some are whiter than others and was toned with a 9/60,
she now wants to tone down with ct 9/73 would i need to prepig with 0/33 or will it be ok to apply straight on?

depending on the condition you might need to do a cleanse tone first because your using incompatible reflects. if your staying on the depth of a 9 you wouldn't need to pre pig x

thanks no i couldnt cleanse as the hair was in such bad condition but the 9/60 had faded as hair is very porus so just applied without pre pig etc and turned out fine xx

ahh well good :) x
