Xmas bonus?

Just a quick one for my fellow business geeks.. Are you giving your staff a Xmas bonus this year and if so what or how much?

Its a lovley idea. If you can afford it, maybe offer them whatever they take in services as a bonus on Christmas Eve xoxo

I used to put money aside each week and take them all out for a big festive dinner everything included as a thank you:lol:

I have taken them all out Go Karting, then dinner then drinks. I will also be giving them their commission (which is lots this time of year). I will be giving a bonus on top of that, based on their takings throughout the year. Im pretty generous at christmas, but this is when I can afford to be and its my way of saying thankyou for all the hard work in the year. In my view xmas bonus' are essential, as long as the staff member has warranted one!!
