When you say how many years experience you have when do you start from? When you started training? When you qualified?

If you've worked whilst training I'd say from then. If you only started work once qualified then it will be when you were qualified

i did my nvq's on an apprentiship so i went to college 1 day a week and the other 4 days i worked in a salon so i class it from as soon as i started x

id say from when you qualified but as i was working in a nail salon 5 years prior to being qualified then i use that date!!

I started in a salon at 15, started working on clients at 16 when i was on day release at college, i'm 28 in a few weeks and i normally say i have 10/11 years experience x
