Help, why do they always come to me ?

Ive had a girl phone today, well she actually phoned me 3 weeks ago about having some extensions done, said she was going to phone me back later about making an appointment.Well kept checking my phone later, but no call..anyhow shes now phoned again..saying she d phoned me a few weeks ago, shes been.. IN TOWN TO HAVE HER NAILS DONE SINCE....at a NNS...and wants me to do the infills and tidy them up.:irked:Shes also told me that two of them have come off and her natural nail is in quite a state.

What do you do with these two nails that are in ..quite a state..Ive told her I ll re-tip and acrylic them but as the nails in bad condition they may not stay on for very long.Would you say and do this too?

I'm sure someone on here will advise you on what to do on those nails that are in a bad state...I couldn't say...it obviously depends how bad they are..but I would like to just say that you can't just go round saying they are MMA nails...especially when you haven't seen them yet.
An NSS doesn't necessarily mean they are using MMA! and I doubt very much they would just 'come off' if they were MMA either.

Being an NSS doesn't automatically mean they use MMA, all it means that its a salon acting in a non-standard way. It could be a salon using NSI but drilling the natural nail and not using the correct sanitation methods, therefore causing damage. Either way if you know the salon is non-standard you're right to be wary of the best way to treat her.

It looks like Debbie asked the lady where she had her nails done and may know for a fact the salon is an NSS.

Im just weary of these chinese salons fullstop, maybe there are ones out there that dont use MMA ,we have several in our town,Ive had about 8 clients that have been there and come to me for infills,Ive asked them all questions on how the treatment was performed,it all sounds like NNS/MMA salons to me,but like said I could be wrong.6 out of 8 of them also came to me with a lost nail, which also confusess me as to wether it is MMA as it normally sticks like ****.

I actually attempted to soak a nail off the other week ,it didnt come off too bad ,the client told me even though the tech used a drill she was quite gentle with it ,luckily the nail wasnt too bad underneath,so I sposse some of them arent so heavy handed with the drill, unlike other stories Ive heard of some producing blood ,and the tech still carried on working!

My concerns are although she sas the two nails are quite bad,Im just worried about over exsposure ,then again she may be exagerating like some clients do,and if I charge her for two replacements,is she going to loose them soon.
