Young Nail slick pour

Has anyone tried this system and had trouble with the topcoat drying strange? Also, what's your favorite dip system?

If the top coat is cloudy it's normal because of air movement, a fan and AC vent, blowing on it, client moving around.

Best dip system Artistic Nail Perfect Dip

What can you do if it does this ? I have put gel topcoat over it as it gets worse if I apply again. It starts drying and a few nails will look un shiny almost like it didn't get product on it. I've tried cleaning the brush also.
