How do you all polish

Youve probably heard this before but ive already posted not so long back about the problems im having polishing other people's nails id just thought id ask how you all polish..
Do you start with a stroke down the centre on the nail then do the sides or do you do the sides first.....which way do you think is the best...sorry to be a pain...

me too. depends on what colours you are using too, the dark ones are the scariest to start off with, well they were for me anyway.
Geeg did a fab tutorial on polishing.
