I will eventually get to a Dr's just asking if in the mean time any ideas on what it could be? And if there's anything I can get from the pharmacy

Looks a rash, don't think it's spots as I've had it for 2-3 weeks and no white heads have developed.

I used sunbeds for about 2 weeks before holiday then went on holiday for a week and it's come up since then.

With you saying you were on sunbeds and on holiday, could it maybe be prickly heat? I had something similar on my back from my holiday and it turned out to be prickly heat.

It just looks like congested skin that needs a bit of tlc.

Holidays - too much drink, food and sun/sweat perhaps...

Stop using sunbeds!!

I'd get yourself into a salon specialising in skincare and get some advice. There's lots you can buy at the pharmacy but you're much better off getting products prescribed from a salon that knows what they're doing x

You need to speak to qualifed medical professional if you need a diagnoses. As beauty professionals we are unable to diagnose possible medical problems.

If you can't get to a GP, nurse or your nearest NHS Direct medical centre, you can ask a pharmacist in any local pharmacy, as they are trained to deal with minor ailments etc.
