You must always remove all nail coverings on fingers and toes for general anesthetic. You do not have to remove for M.R.I scans which is an appointment and not an admittance

I do exactly this with this personality, offer them the last booking of the day. Yes I agree it is very frustrating but I would stay with it as in my experience this type of client can turn out to be your most loyal (after a frustrating start lol) :)
