Just realised when I last wrote in this thread I was debating switching.... best decision I made!

100% glad I made the switch! Enough so that I've actually got nearly a full bottle of the huuuge CND monomer just going to waste... roughly £200 down the drain but I can't bring myself to use it anymore! :o

Some clients have a lot of cuticle to remove, others don't.. some have long nails, some short.. To penalise people for going longer with a gel polish is unfair as they don't ALL have over grown cuticles & nails.. especially not anymore than a new client. I would keep set prices for everyone :)

I have used CND for the past 6 years without thinking I had any issues. However, I kept seeing CJP being mentioned and thought I'd try it just for the sake of buying more nail products tbh :o ... any how, it was the best decision I made. The little bit of lifting I had is now completely...

Instead of having to bend over I ask client to bend one knee at a time to do under the cheek. Much more dignified and also easier to stand.

Layer It or CJP No Wipe I do find a lot of my issues have been the powder quality rather than the top coat itself.

I use a laminated sheet.. one with a white background, the other black. I always take a picture of the nails on both cards, it's surprising how different they can look depending on the colour behind.

I don't have a link but I use 3 tubs of powder. 1 white, 1 pink&white mixed and 1 pink I mixed the ombre zone 2 area 1 part white to 2 parts pink. This is the best method I've found to get a good blend.
