Well.....1 came off trying to open a compact mirror (assuming like a ring pull can) so I suppose I can't put that down to my fault. Another 1 - 95% off it came off, leaving a tiny it left near the cuticle. And the other two I am yet too see (fixing them tomorrow) so will be interesting to...

Hmmmm tricky. I have been known to actually drive them back to where they needed to go (locally of course) but that's not feasible if you have other clients in after. The best suggestion I have is to have a few umbrellas handy which they can 'borrow'. Or if it's throwing it down that much...
