I dont know much about extentions but wouldnt of thought it would help? Do you mean her hair has snapped from over bleaching? If so she needs treatments etc break from bleach... as hair extensions arent going to magically change the texture of her hair :/

I have no problem with telling children off a little tbh.. they usually get really embarrassed when someone else says something. If they're jumping on a chair ill say something like "i hope you're not breaking my chair" or something then the mom usually realises and tells them

Could you not use separate formulas? Last time i used koleston it coloured her natural but did nothing to the ends

Yikes. Ive heard a base 10 with developer (sorry i cant remember which) lifts these dyes out... although i wouldnt be sure if itd work on that looks heavy!

Maybe they put some sort of warmth in to try and stop it going green?

Im an experienced hairdresser and would never do my own hair with bleach.... pretty difficult not to damage it in the process
