Does anyone here do ardell 2 week lashes?
I trained a few months ago. Have done a few sets without any problems.
I had a client in on Friday who loved them. Tonight I got message to say they started irritating her and that she spent 2 hours trying to remove them only to loose some of her own lashes and that most are still stuck on. She wants to come in tomorrow to have them removed.
She said her eyes were all red. Now I THINK she's OK about it but I'm not 100%. How do I handle this? It's my first dilemma since I did any beauty training.
