2010 competitions

Hello all,

I have been doing nails for quite a while now, and have dreamed of entering a competition but what always scares me is that i think im good but i might be terrible.
I went to olypia london last month and watched the comp and just watching my stomach was screaming with fright! It was rumbling and butterflys etc.
Just the thought of it makes my tummy tremble.

Can anyone recommed a little nail comp where i can enter to try builkd my confidence up, im sure they used to do nail geek comps, do they still do this?

I think it was Excel rather than Olympia you were at.

There are nail comps at the NEC in Birmingham in a couple of weeks. There are various different categories. Why don't you check out the rules and see which category appeals to you. Take the plunge - it is a great experience, educational and great fun.

There is one at NEC in Birmingham on the 25th and 26th of this month, tickets are free i've just ordered some.

There is also professional beauty in London(not sure of dates) and professional beauty at G-mex Manchester which i usually around the middle of October.

I'm hoping to go into the one at Manchester! good luck if u enter any! x
