I have read the Winter Plan on GOV.UK and it clearly says that personal care can open across all 3 tiers. xx

Personal Services open across all tiers as per todays announcement. Devolved Nations are supposed to be following the same arrangements but I've just seen the First Minister for Scotland has given tighter guidelines for Christmas socialising so who knows what could be changed/altered.
