hi!

this may sound a silly question! :|

i want to start doing 3d nail art like flowers e.t.c, i use creative products for my acrylic nails. i want to buy a cheaper set of coloured acrylic to do the 3d art just whilst i get used to it and then move on to the creative ones.
can i use a different system from the l+p as its just the nail art or do i need to use all the same system?

sorry im a bit confused!

x:)

You can use anything for nail art, at the moment I use the edge colour acrylic as it is cheap, this is just while I am practicing. I will be using Ezflow for my competition entries though. If you like 3d nail art have a search on here there are some great nail artists on here. or go on sam biddles website Home - Sam Biddle - Be Inspired as she has some great 3d on there. Hope this helps and let your imagination run wild. lol xxx

thanks alot, i thought it might of been a silly question but just needed to know.

thanks for the advice and website info!

im looking forward to doing it!

xx:lol:

Hi, I saw this post and thought you might try and use a faster set powder, Ez flow do have the competition series, this is much better for making your 3D, I think NSI and Odassey also do a faster set powder, but not totally sure about that. In fact I should clarify the setting time is the same but it is workable for longer....difficult to explan on email. if you call Grafton's or even email me on [email protected] I can let you have a list of some good powders to use. It is fine using the cheaper stuff, but ultimatly you want to make good flowers, using a product which make your life easier is what I suggest. Annemac is right though, this is acrylic nail art and you can use anything you want, let your imagination go wild......
