411 Heat Dry - Anyone using it yet?

I have the full 411 range in the salon and I've tried the heat dry on my nails and it did stay on a little longer than normal, but I found it started to crack?? So I've put it on a few of my regulars to see and again sometimes it cracks. I have tried with different base coats and I tried it with and without a topcoat under it.
Any ideas or sure I just ring tech support at CND????

I am using it fine - may be you've put too much on or possibly got to close to the lamp?

i havent ahd that problem but did get peeling because i wasnt sealing the free edge properly.
