I haven't had chance to be on the site much recently but have noticed a change in it with regard to some threads and posts.
Maybe you are new to this site and still unsure of what to post and how to write your post or thread.

You may have a question to ask So firstly type some key word into the search facility and read through some old threads you will be surprised at what a wealth of information can be found in there, If you still can't find the answer then its time to post your question, Try to think of a title for your thread that will let others see and understand what you want help with this will avoid your thread being missed by others.

So now your thread is posted and other geeks will be giving you help and advice some may not have the same view point has yourself on certain things or may disagree with you thats allowed everyone is entitled to their opinion and this must be respected and not turned into a war of words.
Just try and remain friendly and clear with your posts and threads at all times.

This site is free and within it are so many wonderful people who give their time freely to help others and remember the site is for Salon professionals who have trained to be the best in their field and may not be impressed by those who post that they have no training and are doing clients Nails, Tans, Skin treatments or Hair etc

So enjoy the site !!!! Treat others with respect and see how wonderful the people and this site are:hug:

Yup the "oldies" should lead by example rather than rising to the bait. We can't all have the same opinion, so we should all be open to differeing viewpoints rather than seeing it as a criticism of the way we do things ourselves.
