Hey everyone

ok where do i start...i have a hopefull job prospect (fingers crossed) as a nail tech, I have been practicing acrylic nails for about 4 months and have them to a really high standard i have done about 60 sets of them on other people including toes and natural overlays. I am booked in on a 2 day course in two weeks time..yay :)) which will give me what i need to be fully qualified. But i want to know, can i work in a salon as a trainee or anything else u guys can think of doing nails without qualifications as a nail tech but someone who has experience...i have read so many different things...some sites say you can and others dont really answer the question.

You need to be insured to do nails ... you can't get insurance without training certificates and it sounds as if you do not have to wait long now. It can also depend on exactly where you work ... there are other restrictions in place in London for instance. good luck.
